Offering outstanding knowledge for all types of situations, such as; root cause analysis, risk management assessment and investigations, assessment of community assets and needs, group facilitation and mediation, organizational assessment, program evaluation, and program management. Extensive experience in policy writing and development, work flow assessment and design, and process development and improvement. Experience is back by a bachelors degree in nursing and a masters degree in health administration and project management.
